Michael Totty has been a TV and theatre performer for many years.

He is also our slightly stressed and bumbling detective in '£' as well as runner for the production.

His experience and energy will be invaluable to the production.

Michael had an interest and numerous opportunities to participate in the performing arts since his early years

Born and raised in Walsall where at aged 13 onwards he was in a variety soul/pop bands, as lead guitarist and occasional vocalist. Fortunately his ‘day job’ gave him the opportunity to travel around the U.K. and  to various countries overseas, such as Swaziland and Egypt where he always took any chance that came his way to ‘perform’ either in bands or amateur dramatics, at times this would also include set building.

Whilst living in North Wales he worked on  the production of  ‘First Knight’ , a film starring Sean Connery and also Richard Gere. On moving to Manchester TV work became an interest. He was successful in securing work in productions  such as  ‘Clocking   Off’ (2 & 3)  and  also  ‘The Second Coming.’

Michael's most recent ‘personal drama’ to date was a three month camping  trip across Australia, from Sydney to Perth, and numerous points in between.
